Task: Launch Audiobooks by authentically connecting with Gen Z and showing them Spotify is more than just music that makes use of media in a bolder way: including social and OOH.

Insight: The fidget-spinning generation has proven that movement increases concentration and attention.

Idea: We’re challenging Gen Z to read further and go farther with a mobile way to read on the streaming platform they already love.

To show digital natives that Spotify is more than just music, out-of home ads will paint the connection between movement and reading while driving users to explore the Spotify Audiobook library.

While readers engage with their books on the platform, the are prompted to get moving, and keep moving in order to keep listening to the story. With integrated Nike Run Club capabilities, Spotify will pause the story when it senses that your movement stops.
